Each case is defended or litigated with a team approach. The goal is to effectuate the best possible result under the circumstances. Daniel M. Rosenberg opened this law firm in 2014 based on his personal maxim: “Treat others the way you wish to be treated and be the change that you want to see in the world.” This spirit, passion and philosophy is ingrained in the representation, culture and team at Rosenberg | Perry & Associates, LLC.

Criminal defense attorney Daniel M. Rosenberg is a former Burlington County Assistant Prosecutor and New Jersey Supreme Court Judicial Law Clerk. He has represented defendants through all phases of the criminal process. As a former assistant county prosecutor, he has tried criminal matters from both the prosecution and defense perspective.
Criminal Defense Attorney Daniel M. Rosenberg
Daniel was born and raised in Camden County and resides in Burlington County. He has prosecuted and defended criminal matters in Burlington County and other counties throughout New Jersey in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division as well as Municipal Court. Daniel has represented and/or prosecuted individuals charged with possession and/or distribution of drugs, sexual assault, arson, kidnapping, aggravated assault, robbery, theft, auto theft, home invasions and a litany of other offenses. He has experience trying criminal matters and is familiar with the criminal justice system.
As a former Assistant Prosecutor in Burlington County, Daniel has experience that sets him apart from most criminal defense lawyers in Burlington County. He is well versed in the pre-trial and indictment procedures. Daniel has been seen in the Burlington County Times and Philadelphia Inquirer. He is an adjunct professor for “Trial Advocacy Skills” at Rutgers School of Law-Camden and a former lecturer at the Burlington County Police Academy in the area of cross-examination.
