FRO Dismissed on Appeal

On August 23, 2018, a Final Restraining Order was issued against J.M. He had gone to the Restraining Order Hearing without an attorney. The Judge issued a Final Restraining Order against J.M. J.M. sought to appeal the Final Restraining Order and came to Rosenberg | Perry & Associates for help. The firm agreed to take on his appeal.

Nathan “Baby Pitbull” Mammarella took on the case and was relentless in his advocacy. Nathan filed the appeal and argued the matter before the Appellate Division on September 24, 2019. On October 2, 2019, the Appellate Division issued a decision reversing the Trial Court’s decision. The Final Restraining Order was vacated and so J.M. is no longer suffering from the restrictions and stigma of a Final Restraining Order.
