Former Camden County Prosecutor Michael A. Mink, Esquire Joins Rosenberg | Perry & Associates, LLC

Mt. Holly – November 4, 2024: The criminal and DWI/DUI defense law firm of Rosenberg | Perry & Associates is pleased to announce that trial lawyer and former Camden County Assistant Prosecutor Michael A. Mink has joined the Firm.

Mr. Mink is a seasoned criminal trial lawyer who brings over twelve (12) years of criminal litigation and trial experience to Rosenberg Perry. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Mink served as an Assistant Camden County Prosecutor for ten (10) years and also at the New Jersey State Commission of Investigation for over two (2) years. Mr. Mink has extensive criminal jury trial experience, having handled hundreds of criminal felony matters in the Camden County Superior Court. He also served as an instructor in criminal procedure at the Camden County Police Academy and New Jersey State Police Academy.

Mr. Mink is a graduate of Rutgers University, and New York School of Law. After law school, Mr. Mink started his career as an immigration attorney defending clients in removal proceedings and representing asylum seekers who fled their home country for fear of persecution.

Mr. Mink will be working with Mr. Perry and Katherine Constantine Blinn in the Firm’s Superior Court and Felony Department. In addition to Felony matters, Mr. Mink will be handling Restraining Order (TRO/FRO), DUI/DWI defense and Municipal Court matters.
