Approach & Philosophy

Katherine pairs a keen strategic approach with deep compassion for her clients. She is detail-oriented and deliberate, explains every step and recommendation clearly, and makes sure clients and their families have all of their questions answered. She is candid that there are no guarantees in law, but commits to thorough preparation and relentless advocacy, with a focus on getting each client back to their normal life.

I am incredibly grateful to Katherine Blinn for her representation and support during an extremely stressful legal matter. From the beginning, she was thoughtful, strategic, and deeply committed to helping me navigate a very difficult situation. Katherine worked hard behind the scenes, communicating with prosecutors, and coordinating closely with my family court attorney so that everyone involved was aligned. The time she invested on my behalf made an enormous difference in my life.

Just as importantly, Katherine was present and patient throughout the process. She always took the time to ask if I had questions, and when I did, she never made me feel rushed or dismissed. She is knowledgeable, steady, and compassionate — exactly the kind of attorney you want in your corner. I highly recommend Katherine Blinn to anyone looking for a skilled and caring criminal defense attorney.
