Frank represents clients at the Superior and Municipal Court levels throughout New Jersey, with a focus on criminal defense and Domestic Violence Restraining Order litigation. Over the course of his career, he has defended individuals charged with aggravated assault, sexual assault, firearms offenses, drug possession and distribution, burglary, robbery, and homicide, and he also handles quasi-criminal matters such as DUI/DWI, Temporary Extreme Risk Protective Orders (TERPO), weapons forfeiture proceedings, and juvenile delinquency cases.
Frank is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science - Public Administration. Following his undergraduate studies, he worked for United States Congressman Frank A. LoBiondo in his district office before attending Rutgers Law School in Camden, from which he graduated in 2018. During law school, Frank served as a Staff Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and, in his third year, interned for Rosenberg | Perry & Associates (formerly Daniel M. Rosenberg & Associates, LLC).
After law school, Frank had the privilege of completing a yearlong clerkship for the Honorable Philip E. Haines, J.S.C. in the Burlington County Superior Court, Criminal Division. He then spent four years as a trial attorney with the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender in its Gloucester County office, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience and an intimate, practical knowledge of the criminal justice system. After leaving the Public Defender’s Office in 2022, Frank spent the next four years continuing his criminal defense practice with a South Jersey law firm.
In addition to his extensive criminal experience, Frank has developed a particular focus on Domestic Violence Restraining Order litigation, zealously representing both plaintiffs and defendants in Restraining Order hearings in the Superior Court - Family Division. Recognizing the serious personal and professional consequences a restraining order can carry, Frank aggressively defends clients accused of domestic violence. At the same time, understanding that victims often turn to the legal system as a last resort, he handles plaintiff matters with empathy and compassion, bringing passionate advocacy to the courtroom to protect victims of household violence.
Frank was born and raised in Ocean City, New Jersey. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with friends, family, and his Golden Retriever, Bruce, and can often be found at the Jersey Shore in the summer. An avid sports fan, Frank roots for the Eagles, Sixers, Phillies, Flyers, and his University of Tennessee Volunteers.
