SMS Intake Contact and Communication Service
- Rosenberg | Perry & Associates, LLC (the Firm) SMS intake contact and communication service. This service sends SMS text messages from the Firm relating to your case or matter inquiry, case evaluation, and the hiring process. These messages are intended to streamline communication and improve your client experience. The Firm may send SMS text messages to confirm appointments or consultations, provide updates regarding your inquiry or potential case or matter, share necessary documentation or instructions related to hiring the Firm and/or provide information that may assist in your hiring decision.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” in response to any SMS message. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially or call the Firm at (609) 216-7400, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- If you experience issues with the SMS messaging service, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to office@rosenbergperry.com or call (609) 216-7400.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
