Sam Rosenberg Intake Specialist

Sam is the Head Intake Paralegal at Rosenberg Perry & Associates and a proud NYU graduate. Classically trained as an actor, he found his true calling in the law.  He is driven by a deep passion for helping people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Prior to joining the team, Sam spent over a decade in Customer Relations and Administrative Management at a nonprofit organization in Manhattan. When you contact our firm, you’ll likely hear Sam’s voice first, and you’ll immediately notice the difference. His commitment to empathy, professionalism, and genuine care ensures every client feels heard and respected from the very first call.

Lyn McCarty

Accounts Administrator & Volunteer Coordinator

Lyn McCarty is the Accounts Administrator for the Firm. She also serves as a paralegal to Daniel M. Rosenberg for some of Mr. Rosenberg’s cases. Lyn helps to ensure that Mr. Rosenberg’s clients are treated with compassion, respect, and empathy. As a staunch advocate for addiction recovery, Lyn also helps Mr. Rosenberg with clients in need of treatment and rehabilitation. Lyn also coordinates and oversees all volunteer activities and efforts for the Firm.

Alecia Imbert

Alecia Imbert Rosneberg | Perry & Associates, LLC Paralegal Manager

Alecia Imbert is the Paralegal Manager for the Firm. She is also the head paralegal for attorney Robert M. Perry. Alecia has worked as a Paralegal in Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey since 1996 where she has obtained extensive civil and criminal litigation experience. Alecia works closely with Mr. Perry to ensure that all clients are provided with the highest level of service and representation.

Kerry is the Paralegal to attorneys M. Ed Rivas and Katherine Constantine Blinn. Kerry began working at Rosenberg Perry as a part time filing clerk while she was finishing her degree in paralegal studies.  After obtaining her degree, Kerry joined the team at Rosenberg Perry & Associates as a paralegal and continues to excel in providing care, compassion and empathy to all of her clients. Kerry works closely with her attorneys to ensure that all of her clients receive the highest quality of representation.

Michael Killebrew

Michael is the Paralegal to attorneys Nathan J. Mammarella, Christopher L. Baxter and Brandon W. Sweeney. Michael began working for the firm after completing his degree in Paralegal Studies at Camden County College. Michael is dedicated to being professional and supportive to his clients, and is committed to working with Mr. Mammarella and Mr. Sweeney in providing high quality representation.

Daniel Torres

Daniel is the Paralegal to attorney Michael A. Mink. He began his legal career after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media and Communications from Florida International University. Daniel is dedicated to being professional, supportive, and compassionate to his clients, utilizing his fluency in Spanish to provide accessible, high-quality representation. He works closely with Mr. Mink and is driven by a long-term goal to transition from paralegal to attorney. He is deeply committed to his professional evolution and consistently seeks new opportunities to sharpen his legal acumen.

Bud Rosenberg

Bud Rosenberg the dog, head of security at Rosenberg Perry & Associates.

Bud oversees security operations for the Firm. His responsibilities include monitoring activity in the office, providing a protective presence for attorney Daniel M. Rosenberg, and ensuring that deliveries are thoroughly inspected upon arrival. He maintains a consistent focus on safety and order throughout the workplace.

We honor the memory of Buster “the Bus” Rosenberg, whose contributions and dedication to the office continue to inspire us.  Buster was a valued member of Rosenberg Perry & Associates from 2021 until 2025.  Buster was head of security for the Firm and personal bodyguard to attorney Daniel M. Rosenberg.  He was also committed to ensuring the safety and security of everyone at the Firm. In doing so, he personally inspected every outside food order and/or delivery to confirm it was safe for human consumption.
